Full CRM - Global River Cruising

Global River Cruising is a river cruise travel agent based in Bude, Cornwall. They are offering a very bespoke and tailored service to their customers finding the perfect river cruise for them.  

FouldsCRM first started work with Global River Cruising in December 2018. Our main task was to update existing email automation within the Active Campaign environment. Soon, we got more involved with the overall digital marketing strategy providing a content marketing overview plan for 2019. 

We assisted in subscriber acquisition as well as creating new content for the blog which was then also used for the weekly email marketing campaigns.

Segmentation and a greater use of email automation was introduced based on customer preferences such as last river cruise booked, operators and season. This achieved some great results for Global River Cruising.

We're happy to say that Global River Cruising has survived the pandemic having been hit hard by lack of bookings but is now looking stronger than ever!
